Dear my humble and sweet LJ, as well as anyone else who is having the misfortune to find this,

I'd like to say a couple of things about friends. (Beginning of sappy speech. Don't want to read? Skip below to bold, somewhere...)

Friend ♥ Someone, or something that you can completely trust. Someone/thing that will be there for you no matter what, even if it means via webcam.

Some of the best friends I have encountered happened here; on the internet. Oh, yes, it is completely possible to make a best friend on the computer. I have living proof of that. There's this girl, right? And even though she lives far away from me at the moment (muah), she's one of the greatest friends ever. Her name? Corey. Like most of my friends, I found her on Neopets.

Oh, but there's another snazzy, sexay girl that is in the same position that Corey is in. She goes by Shirley. She would actually rock my toe socks if I had any. ♥ Shirley's REALLY nice and shares most interests I do. When I talk to her, I feel as if I've known her for longer that a few years.

I love all my friends, I truly do. They make me so happy and just by talking to them, my day will brighten considerably. I wouldn't give them up for the world on a platter.
.. Nor would I kill them for a million dollars, knowing they'd die the next day anyways. (;

You can never take my friends away from me.

Edit//I've recently become quite addicted to one particular song, and I don't know how to escape it. It is blaring on my computer all day, and sometimes, to much of my disappointment, my sister wishes me to turn it off. "Just The Girl" by The Click Five. Does anyone else know of this song? Is anyone else strangely attracted to it, by some unknown force? I'd like to know.//
